Childbirth Class

Last Monday was Session I of II of our Childbirth class. We showed up toting our pillows and ready to learn some breathing techniques, which we did get. What we didn't know is that we were going to watch a video showing 3 ladies bearing their children the natural way. Can we say YIKES?!! Jaime said that after the video was over, all of the girls had a look or complete terror on their faces. I was right there with the rest of them thinking 'how in the world am I gonna do this?'. This coming Monday we'll get to see some births with epidurals. I'm really hoping that these look a little less horrifying, especially since there's no turning back now!
