We decided to put our house on the market about a week ago to try and take advantage of the historic low interest rates that are available now. We had it on the market for seven days when we received our first offer! We are blessed to say the least. The race is on now to find a new home- and by the end of January too! We may not have a home by the end of January, and we're okay with that. If we have to set up camp in an apartment or extended stay until we find a home we like, we'll do it. We're thinking about Cedar Park or Leander area right now. Maybe Georgetown- I think that the commute back and forth from work would really start to wear on Jaime though. We also have a pretty tall order as to what we're looking for in a new home- hey why not?-we're going to be living there for quite a long time! I know that I will be a little sad when we're all packed up and ready to move out. This was our very first home- and we really do love it. If we can find one like it but bigger, we'll be very happy. We'll keep you posted!
